OK, so I finally caught the office mailbox not full, and left the management a message. I can imagine their frowns hearing I am not ready to move, but they brought it on themselves acting so irresponsibly towards their tenants.
I told them I'd like an office appointment, and some times when I am free, and also mentioned I'd like to hear options for a lease to continue staying in this complex, though I think right now what I'd really prefer to do is just move out into a cozy one bedroom with reliable management in some other complex.
We'll see what happens...
